We work hard to ensure customer satisfaction with our Easy Return policy - any dissatisfaction, whether it be: color, size, or just not the right feel, fill out the Return Authorization Form within 7 days of receipt of bag, we'll issue you a RA number(Return Authorization Number) be sure to return package exactly as it arrived, w/ original dust bag/tags intact, send it back within (30) thirty days of receipt, and we'll refund your payment within 48 hours. It's that easy!


Easy Exchange

Please be sure to fill out the Exchange Authorization Form and specify the item(s) you want to exchange for within 7 days of receipt of bag. Include a complete description of the issue in the comments field for an exchange, clearly stating the style number and color for the exchange item on the return form. Your exchange will be processed immediately and a hold will be placed on your exchange item. Once we receive your package, your card will either be charged or credited depending on the value of your exchange, and a new tracking number will be issued once your package has been shipped.
